Cancellation Timeline & Refunds

Standard Cancellation Terms

7 Days or More Before Check-in: 80% refund of advance deposit or 100% credit voucher valid for 6 months.
3 to 6 Days Before Check-in: 50% refund of the advance amount.
Less than 48 Hours Before Check-in or No-Show: Advance amount is non-refundable due to blocked tent capacity.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to postpone or reschedule your booking due to unforeseen weather or road closures, please notify us at least 4 days in advance via WhatsApp. Subject to tent availability, we will transfer your deposit to new dates within the same season without any penalty fee.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are initiated via the original UPI or bank transfer mode within 5 to 7 business days.
