1. Booking & Identification

All adult guests must present a valid government-approved photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at check-in as mandated by local tourism regulations in Uttarakhand. PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proofs.

2. Timings & Check-in / Check-out

Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (Noon) and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to tent availability and must be confirmed with the camp manager prior to arrival.

3. Campsite Conduct & Music Policy

To preserve the peaceful natural atmosphere and adhere to local hill environmental guidelines, outdoor loud music and DJ sound systems must cease by 10:00 PM. Guests are requested to respect fellow travelers and maintain quiet hours late at night.

4. Adventure Activities & Rafting

Participation in river rafting, swimming, and outdoor adventure sports is at the guest’s own discretion. Guests must adhere strictly to certified river guide instructions and safety protocols. Consumption of alcohol or narcotics prior to river rafting is strictly illegal under Uttarakhand river safety laws.
